Tournament must match these criteria to be counted to KSR:

must be announced in Slicks-talk before starting date
must last at least two weeks
must be open to all competitors
must consist of at least or 4 tracks
there should be no computerpoints on tracks
all tracks should be in 1.30d .ss file format
I reserve a right to disapprove the compo in exceptional cases after consultations on Slixtalk

Method of ranking:

Tournament points are equal number of competitors minus rank - winner will get (noc-1)points, last will get zero points
Only half of points will be awarded in case of sprint compo
Ranking criteria - sum of points from all approved tournaments, points per competition
Points are valid one year
Ranking is updated after each approved competition (some delay possible)

Recommendations:

Place checkpoints smart to avoid shortcuts
Use any rational system of ranking - points, time sum/average, but declare the system in rules
No more than one player per rank
